Yes please!  Dads are very important.  Here we learn to talk about birth and how he can support Mom in labour.

Can I claim the class back from Medical aid?

Accepted Answer

Some Medical Aids do cover Antenatal care in the Maternity benefit of the scheme.  You may check with your provider beforehand.  Our class fee is well below Medical aid tarrif.  We do supply an electronic invoice after the course, that you may submit to your provider

Do I have to watch the Birth DVD

No You do not have to.  But almost everyone finds it beneficial.

What do I need to bring with?

Accepted Answer

You are welcome to bring a pillow to support your back.
Please bring a pen and note pad.
Bring a rested Mind and be ready to learn alot.
